Saudi Arabia regards Type-C as the only interface standard for chargers

The Saudi government recently announced that USB Type-C will be the only charging interface for electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets starting from 2025. It is estimated that this move will help Saudi Arabia reduce the consumption of over 2.2 million chargers and other equipment annually, and reduce approximately 15 tons of electronic waste.
