Notice on soliciting the formulation (revision) of national standards, industry standards, and group standards for the power supply industry in 2024

In order to implement the spirit of the Implementation Plan for the Standardization Navigation Engineering of New Industries (2023-2035) issued by four departments including the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Notice of the National Standardization Administration Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs on the Issuance of the Regulations on the Management of Group Standards (National Standardization Commission [2019] No. 1), According to the standard system "Power Supply and Energy Testing Instrument (System) Standards" plan of SAC/TC153 National Electronic Measurement Instrument Standardization Technical Committee, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Management Measures for Group Standards in the Power Supply Industry", it is now decided to solicit the main drafting units and participating units of the 2024 revision plan for national standards, industry standards, and group standards in the power supply industry nationwide (see Annex 1).
Each relevant unit can choose to participate in standard project work based on the standard list in Annex 1, or propose new standard formulation and revision suggestions on their own. Please fill out the "Proposal for National, Industry, and Group Standard Project Establishment in China's Power Supply Industry" (see Annex 2).
Leaders in charge of standard work from relevant units who wish to participate in the formulation and revision of national standards, industry standards, and group standards are requested to fill out the "Registration Form for Participating in the 2024 Power Supply Industry Standard Working Group" (see Annex 3) and submit it to the Secretariat before January 30, 2024.
There are a total of 25 plans in this batch, of which 18 are formulated and 7 are revised; 25 recommended standards. There are a total of 3 national standards and 17 industry standards; 5 group standards.
The formal standard plan is planned to be announced in late March and the certificate of the participating unit of the standard group will be issued in a timely manner.
