IR2153 is a high-voltage, high-speed, half bridge driver with high and low end drives. This chip is produced by Infineon and for new designs, Infineon recommend IRS2153D.The following is a detailed introduction to the chip.

Self-Oscillating 600 V Half Bridge Driver IC with typical 0 A source and 0 A sink currents in 8 Lead PDIP package for IGBTs and MOSFETs. Also available in 8 Lead SOIC.
