European Patent: Rectifier Converter and Control Method for Uninterruptible Power Supply

Vertiv, an American company, has developed a rectifier converter for UPS and its control method. The converter includes a rectifier discharge reuse module, two power switch modules, and a battery switch module. This control method effectively reuses rectifiers and battery discharge devices, thereby reducing the cost and volume of UPS.
