1. Product Introduction

The anti backflow ability of a switching power supply refers to the influence of external voltage on the switching power supply, avoiding damage to the switching power supply when there is backflow voltage at the output end of the product. For systems that switch between different output voltages and systems with motor type inductive loads as the backend load, it is possible to generate backflow voltage. The higher the power of the inductive load, the more obvious the situation will be. The actual magnitude and duration of the backflow voltage generated are determined by the diversity and complexity of system applications.

MORNSUN has launched the FS-A (B) xxW series of module products that can be used with our company's power supply products below 750W to prevent backend voltage backflow. The anti backflow voltage is 24V, 48V, and 75V, respectively.

4.Product application

Application scenarios

The anti backflow module product FS-A (B) xxW is used with Jinshengyang power supply products below 750W. The anti backflow module products are mainly suitable for:

① When the system switches between different output voltages, there is a common problem of high-voltage voltage flowing back into the low-voltage power supply, which is common in DC charging station equipment;

② The load of a switching power supply is an inductive load, which generates an induced electromotive force during operation. The voltage generated by the induced electromotive force is reversed to the output terminal of the switching power supply;

③ In equipment for water electrolysis of hydrogen and oxygen, there is also a phenomenon of reverse voltage at the output end of the switching power supply.
