On April 27, 2024, the financial sector reported that, according to the announcement of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, Wuxi Xinhongye Cable Technology Co., Ltd. obtained a project entitled "high-power cooling DC charging pile cable and its manufacturing method", with the authorization announcement number of CN107967959B, and the application date of November 2017.

The patent abstract shows that the present invention discloses a high-power cooling type DC charging station cable, which includes: two sets of signal control cables, two main power cores, two backup power cores, and one ground wire. A high thermal conductivity PP filling mesh is added between the core and the core, a layer of thermal conductivity film is wrapped around the core group, and a layer of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant elastic polyolefin material is wrapped around the thermal conductivity film.
