Patent Abstract: The present invention discloses an adaptive power supply voltage clamping circuit, comprising a clamping signal generating unit for monitoring a target voltage, and generating a clamping signal based on the reference voltage and power supply voltage when the difference between the monitored target voltage and the voltage limit value meets preset conditions; The voltage adjustment unit is used to clamp the target voltage upon receiving a clamp signal. When the clamp signal generation unit generates a clamp signal based on the reference voltage and power supply voltage, and the reference voltage remains unchanged, the clamp signal generation unit generates a clamp signal at different times according to different power supply voltages, so that the voltage limit value of the target voltage changes with the change of the power supply voltage. The adaptive power supply voltage clamping circuit can enable the target voltage to be clamped based on the voltage limit value, and the voltage limit value can change with the change of the power supply voltage, improving the application range of the circuit.
