As consumers, we should not blindly follow the promotion of merchants, and remember that mixing different types of chargers can affect the service life of batteries.
Choose a charger based on the specifications of the electric bicycle battery. If the voltage of the electric bicycle battery is 48V, the output voltage of the corresponding charger is generally between 48V-59V. If a higher voltage charger is selected, it may cause overcharging of the battery, damage the battery life, and greatly increase the risk of fire.
Choose an electric bicycle charger with a legitimate brand guarantee. When purchasing, it is necessary to check whether the product is labeled with information such as the type of applicable battery, rated voltage, output voltage, output current, manufacturer name, etc., and whether the product user manual is provided with the product. Consumers should not be tempted to purchase electric bicycle chargers that are significantly lower than normal prices.
Due to the lack of unified specifications for chargers and battery plugs, different manufacturers use different plug and socket solutions.
