Product Introduction

DNB1168 is a globally leading single battery monitoring chip with integrated (EIS) AC impedance spectrum monitoring function. This chip has passed dual certification of automotive grade AEC-Q100 and the highest functional safety level in the automotive industry, ISO 26262:2018 ASIL-D. chip ­ Internally integrated with various high-precision battery parameter monitoring, supporting voltage, temperature, AC impedance detection, balancing, and various fault diagnosis functions, it can provide exclusive battery online "CT" detection technology worth hundreds of thousands of yuan for batteries, provide a new detection dimension for battery management systems, and achieve health monitoring of the entire battery life cycle.

This chip is a single cell battery management chip that provides voltage detection, temperature detection, impedance detection, and equalization functions for batteries. The temperature detection function of the chip does not require NTC and related peripheral circuits, and the impedance detection function makes some advanced system applications possible. The chip supports internal balancing and external balancing. External balancing and impedance share a set of peripheral circuits, and internal balancing does not require peripheral circuits. The chip has a certain degree of self diagnostic ability, supporting overvoltage and undervoltage alarms, high and low temperature alarms, and other chip related abnormal alarms.
