Hongqi's new generation of domestically produced car power supply has started mass production

On March 13th, FAW Hongqi Research and Development Institute announced that its newly developed Hongqi domestically produced 3kW DC/DC vehicle power supply has successfully completed OTS testing and approval, and has successfully started mass production.



It is reported that the domestic utilization rate of the chip of this product has jumped from 0 to 60%, achieving comprehensive optimization design of performance, quality, and cost.

It is reported that this product breaks through the DC/DC reverse pre charging technology, achieving intelligent detection functions for reverse pre charging and high-voltage electrical system faults. At the same time, it can automatically adjust the pre charging current based on the charging state of the low-voltage battery, avoiding excessive voltage drop of the low-voltage battery during the pre charging process, and providing safety assurance for vehicle power supply.

Kinri Energy learned from the announcement that the new generation domestically produced car power supply of Hongqi adopts a modular design concept, achieving universal installation in various models of the Hongqi brand. This power supply claims to have eliminated the traditional high-voltage pre charging circuit, simplified the connection of high-voltage systems, improved the reliability of high-voltage systems, and achieved overall cost reduction.

During the process of replacing domestic chips, the new generation domestically produced Hongqi car power supply has successfully passed a total of 117 test tests in five categories: function, performance, environmental adaptability, electromagnetic compatibility, and prohibited substance detection.
