Patent Abstract

This application discloses a frequency regulation circuit, regulation method, and switching power supply for a switching power supply. By adjusting the light load regulation circuit, when the main power switch and the freewheeling switch are turned off for more than a preset time in intermittent working mode, the freewheeling switch is turned on, which increases the frequency of the system and reduces system noise.
