Securities Star News: According to data from Qichacha, Tonghui Electronics (833509) has obtained a new invention patent authorization, titled "Voltage Detection Circuit and Method for Precision Voltage Meters Used for High Internal Resistance Power Supply Measurement". The patent application number is CN202111548643.6, and the authorization date is April 2, 2024.



Patent Abstract

The present invention relates to a voltage detection circuit and method for a precision voltmeter used for measuring high internal resistance power sources, including an input clamp circuit, in-phase following circuit, bootstrap circuit, and range selection circuit. The present invention increases the input resistance of the voltmeter to over 200T Ω, reduces the input bias current to below 5fA, solves the problem that ordinary voltmeters cannot measure high internal resistance voltage sources, and also ensures the accuracy of the measurement results to reach 100ppm.
